We are committed to developing each diver to his or her greatest potential through a positive experience at practice, dive meets, and team social events.  Divers practice together in an atmosphere that builds self-confidence, promotes positive team spirit, and improves diving skills. The Stingray Dive Team participates in the Metro League and has dual meets against Virginia Vale, Skyline, CACM, Crestmoor and Eastmoor as well as area invitational meets if a diver achieves the minimum requirement.

The Stingray Synchronized Swimming Team offers participants an opportunity to learn and practice basic skills and routines in a fun, team-building environment. Swimmers are able to showcase these skills by participating in Metro League Synchronized Swimming events. Practices are offered Tuesday-Thursday beginning May 22-July 26.                              

This is a dynamic and beautiful sport that combines the skills of swimming, dance and gymnastics and is best suited for children ages 6 and up who have completed a minimum of station 3 swimming skills and are comfortable treading in deep water.
