It's National Poetry Month! Come celebrate the creation of Denver Public Library's Children's Poetry Core Collection with a poem party! There will be haiku writing, a "poet tree" craft, rhyming games and fun!

The R.A.D.A. book discussion series provides a safe space to discuss some of the issues and movements of the day with respect and compassion. April's selection,This Chair Rocks, by Ashton Applewhite examines ageism. Participants are encouraged to read the book in advance.
